My journey into wellness began long before this space came to life — rooted in a deep love for nature, a passion for helping others feel their best, and a belief that real healing happens through genuine human connection.
As a former Army veteran, I carry with me the values of dedication, patience, and perception — but my heart has always been in nurturing others. I’m someone who finds peace in the little moments, joy in meaningful conversation, and purpose in creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and supported.
I believe that mindfulness, compassion, and care can change lives. At The Hive, my mission is to offer more than just services — it’s to build a community where everyone who walks through our doors leaves feeling more connected to themselves and the world around them.
But The Hive isn’t just about me — it’s a collective. Here, I’m proud to work alongside an incredible team of independent providers and small business owners who bring their own unique passions and specialties into being.
